Maczyn - Polydioxanone (PDS) sutures are indicated for the approximation and/or ligation of soft tissue, including, cardiovascular surgery, microsurgery, opthalmic and orthopaedic surgery. These sutures are particularly useful if you require an absorbable suture which can offer extended support to the wound (up to six weels).
