Shipping policy

Delivery 

Once your order has been placed and payment received, your items will be sent to us from our European/local suppliers, then sent to you by courier.

Delivery times may vary according to location depending on your shipping address. Tracking details will be provided.

A standard delivery fee of R180.00 is applicable on all orders under R1800.00 excluding VAT, or over 5kgs in weight.

Delivery of orders in excess of R1800.00 excluding VAT and under 5kgs is free.

 

Returns

To return your product, you should courier your product to: Surgical Systems, Unit K4, Centurion Business Park,, Democracy Way, Marconi Beam, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7441, South Africa

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
