The Alcoscan AL-6000 Lite is a portable breath alcohol tester designed to accurately measure a person's breath alcohol concentration. It operates with the use of mouthpieces and provides results within 5 seconds. The device has a range of 0.00% to 0.40% BAC or 0.00mg/l to 2.00mg/l BrAC in normal mode, and it offers a fast mode with options for zero, low, and high readings. The AL-6000 Lite has an accuracy of +/- 0.01% up to 10% BAC and utilizes an oxide semiconductor sensor. It is powered by two 1.5V AA alkaline batteries and can perform approximately 200 readings with new batteries. The device is CE approved and has an operating temperature range of 10 to 40°C. It features a 3-digit LED display, compact dimensions of 125(H) x 58(W) x 41(D) mm, and a weight of 115g (including batteries). The AL-6000 Lite has an auto shut-off function after 1 minute of inactivity, comes with 5 mouthpieces, and has a life expectancy of approximately 300 readings.
